Responsibilities :
- Working closely with product managers and receiving documents to understand the flow and user journey.
- Conducting UX research and creating Personas, experience maps, and user journey maps based on the primitive documents.
- Designing prototypes and sketches based on requested features.
- Testing and validating prototypes before creating UI designs.
- Collaborating with other designers to create UI designs.
Requirements :
- 1-2 years of experience in product design, with a focus on UX.
- Strong knowledge of UX foundations, current methodologies, and trends.
- Adequate knowledge of UI design, including current best practices and trends.
- Experience working on at least one large-scale project with a high number of users.
- Mastery of Figma and acceptable knowledge of Adobe Illustrator.
- Strong knowledge of UX research and problem-solving.
- Excellent communication skills and documentation abilities.
- Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Experience working on at least one fintech project is highly regarded as a strong advantage.
