We are building one of the most ambitious cryptocurrency exchanges in Iran — and we are not looking for a typical Product Manager.
This role is not about maintaining backlogs or shipping features on demand. We are looking for a bold, strategic, and highly creative Product Manager who can fundamentally rethink our product, unlock new revenue streams, and push us multiple steps ahead of the competition.

### What You’ll Do
* Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap end-to-end (discovery → ideation → execution → growth)
* Identify and launch new products, features, and business models that drive rapid revenue growth
* Analyze market trends, competitors, and user behavior to uncover untapped opportunities
* Rethink and evolve our current business model to maximize monetization and scalability
* Work closely with engineering, design, data, and business teams to deliver high-impact solutions
* Translate complex business and user needs into clear product requirements and execution plans
* Define success metrics, run experiments, and iterate quickly based on data
* Continuously optimize product performance, conversion, engagement, and retention
* Act as a key decision-maker in shaping the future of the product and company direction
* Bring innovation into the product through creative thinking, new technologies, and unconventional approaches

### What We’re Looking For
* 4+ years of Product Management experience (fintech, crypto, or high-growth digital products preferred)
* Strong understanding of cryptocurrency exchanges, trading flows, and digital asset ecosystems
* Proven track record of building and scaling impactful products or features
* Deep business thinking with the ability to design or pivot revenue models
* Highly analytical and data-driven mindset (comfortable with metrics, KPIs, and experimentation)
* Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make bold, high-impact decisions
* Experience working in agile, cross-functional teams
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Ability to move fast, take ownership, and operate with minimal supervision
