شرح موقعیت شغلی

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist in Sperloos to join our HR team and oversee our full-cycle recruiting.
To be successful in this role, you should be able to develop long-term recruiting strategies and nurture trusting relationships with potential hires.
Ultimately, you will create strong talent pipelines for our company’s current and future hiring needs.

Responsibilities:

Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers; interviewing applicants on a consistent set of qualifications.
Identifies difficult job vacancies and investigates the best recruitment approach for them
Analyze the recruitment performance, cost per hire, time to hire, and recommends changes and improvements.
Keeps the documentation of the recruitment process up to date
Actively identify and contribute to Talent Acquisition practices and processes
Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events
Lead employer-branding initiatives
Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified talents.
Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks).
Research and analyze current systems; make recommendations to improve workflow and develop new staffing processes (i.e. New sourcing methods, evaluation tools, advertising strategies)
Create offer packages and ensure the testing and background check requirements are completed for every selected candidate.
Represent the company internally and externally at events with the goal of networking and relationship building with potential candidate communities.

Requirements:

Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role.
Familiarity with social media, resume databases, and professional networks, and ATSs.
Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
Knowledge of sourcing and talent attraction methods
Work well as part of a team, as well as autonomously.
Bachelor's Degree required in Human Resources Management or related field. Master's Degree in Human Resources Management or related field is preferred
Good English skills
