Job Brief

We are looking for a dedicated and motivated Social Media Designer to handle our content on various social media channels. You should be able to plan and develop content that is SEO-driven and catches the audience's attention.
It includes the entire process of defining requirements, visualizing, and creating graphics including illustrations, logos, layouts, and photos. You’ll be the one to shape the visual aspects of websites, social media and more.
Your graphics should capture the attention of those who see them and communicate the right message. For this, you need to have a creative flair and a strong ability to translate requirements into design. If you can communicate well and work methodically as part of a team, we’d like to meet you.
The goal is to inspire and attract the target audience.

Responsibilities

Develop illustrations, logos, and other designs using software or by hand
Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic
Test graphics across various media
Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
Amend designs after feedback
Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand
Execute social media publishing strategies to ensure that all posts are accurate, punctual, safe and on-brand
Design of static digital assets (e.g. social media graphics, newsflash, photo-compositions, infographics, etc.).
Design PSD templates for use by social team members.
Design and basic animation of digital assets with After Effects.
Developing concepts around brand touchpoints (e.g. defining style of Social Media assets for campaigns, big events).
Creating attractive social media posts to catch the audience's attention
Reviewing and optimizing the company website and social media pages

Requirements

Proven graphic designing experience
A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics
Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Canva, Photoshop)
A keen eye for aesthetics and details
Team player and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team environment.
Superior organization and attention to detail, with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
Strong interpersonal skills: effective communicator, both written and verbal.
Understanding of social media principles and best practices
Familiarity with SEO tools like Google Analytics, and SEO workers Analysis Tool
