شرح موقعیت شغلی

As a Marketing Automation Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the marketing automation platform and fully leveraging its capabilities. Working closely with designers, developers, and Marketing team. this role will implement all programmatic and operational initiatives through the marketing automation platform.

What You Will Do

Maintain Marketing Automation integration with eCRM and assist in the integration of additional platforms into the marketing automation software
Plan and perform A/B testing to define and execute enhancements to productivity, conversion rates, programs/campaign ROI, and sales growth
Map out customer journeys by buyer persona.
Assist in the development of campaign-specific landing pages.
Participate in creative brainstorming sessions with other marketing team members to conceptualize new advertising campaigns that drive traffic into drip and develop campaigns.
Analyze campaign data to produce insights, and adjust campaigns accordingly.
Routinely review reports on email marketing and digital advertising campaigns. report findings and recommend improvements.
Monitor the performance of advertising campaigns in relations to established KPIs and recommend changes to increase ROI/ROAS.
Implement email and develop campaigns that optimize prospects' movement through the sales funnel.

The Skills and Qualifications You Bring

2-3 years’ experience in marketing automation programs (e.g., Activecampaign, Apollo)
General understanding of the marketing mix
Strong copywriting ability
Expert knowledge of database management concepts and best practices.
Demonstrated knack for advertising creativity
Must be analytical and comfortable working with numbers to successfully iterate
Good grasp of the Sales Funnel (i.e., decision making process)
Willingness to learn, grow. Motivated to succeed.
An eye for good design best practices
Fluent in English

Nice to have

Experience with large customer base product
Broad knowledge of APIs in an automation context and experience with web personalisation tools
Experience with integration platforms such as Zapier
