شرح موقعیت شغلی

As the Performance Marketer, you will own the strategy and execution to acquire enterprise and mid-market clients across our target industries. This includes demand generation, nurturing across multiple paid and owned channels, and designing and optimizing funnels. To be successful you have to be a data-informed, full-funnel growth marketer who is highly analytical, entrepreneurial, and results-oriented.

What You Will Do:

Manage Performance Marketing campaigns to help acquire new customers and drive traffic toward our platform with a focus on paid tactics.
Be responsible for communicating regular metrics and findings from your campaigns and analyze performance, insights, blockers and areas of opportunity.
Optimize ad delivery, landing page conversion and under experience driving user activations as efficiently as possible.
Continuously test and iterate your learnings to find the best multi-channel paid mix for us.
Experience in using WordPress and Google Analytics, you also know how to use all-in-one marketing platforms like HubSpot or Salesforce.
Use data to build your strategy, inform your recommendations, and provide leadership with clear, impactful insights on how you will effectively reach your goals.
Leading and implementing digital marketing best practices across performance marketing, marketing automation, digital acquisition (including SEO, SEM, social, display, programmatic, web content strategy, affiliates, and testing).

The Skills and Qualifications You Bring:

3+ years experience in a Performance Marketing or Digital Marketing role. You have worked on landing pages, blogs, SEO/SEA, email campaigns, social media and display marketing.
Strong experience in website analytics tools and you know Google AdWords like the back of your hand.
Have an analytical mindset and be able to easily recognize gaps and opportunities through data analysis.
Deep understanding of Full Funnel Digital Marketing with experience putting it into practice
Deep understanding of Performance Marketing across Google, Facebook/Instagram and other emerging platforms (Tik Tok, Snap, etc.)
Be able to iterate and improve campaigns for next iterations to find the best paid marketing multi-channel mix for the company.
