شرح موقعیت شغلی

Responsibilities :

Plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns across channels such as Google Ads.
Manage acquisition, activation, and reactivation campaigns.
Control and allocate budgets to achieve performance KPIs.
Analyze campaign data to identify growth opportunities and performance gaps.
Design and execute A/B tests to improve targeting, creatives, and conversion rates.
Monitor and report on key metrics such as CAC and CPC.
Collect and analyze raw data from multiple sources (Google Analytics, Metrix, internal databases, and advertising platforms).
Identify and calculate key performance indicators (KPIs) for campaign and business performance.
Provide actionable reports to the Growth Team to support data-driven decision-making.
Detect trends and user behavior patterns to enhance acquisition, activation, and retention strategies.
Collaborate with ECRM and Data teams to design and implement dashboards for ongoing monitoring.
Work closely with ECRM, Product, and Data teams to align growth strategies and campaigns.
Provide creative briefs and feedback to design and content teams.
Identify and test new paid channels to unlock incremental growth opportunities.
Stay up-to-date with emerging trends in digital advertising.
Deliver weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
Document processes, test results, and learnings for continuous improvement.

Qualifications :

Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams.
Adaptability and agility in fast-paced growth environments.
Strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution abilities.
Attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple projects.
Curiosity and continuous learning mindset.Strong expertise in advertising platforms (Google Ads, Tapsell, Yektanet, Cafebazar...).
Familiarity with MMPs (Metrix, Adjust, AppsFlyer) and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Looker Studio).
Deep understanding of A/B testing principles and growth experimentation.
Ability to analyze complex datasets and make data-driven decisions.
Experience in designing dashboards and monitoring business KPIs.

تپسی‌فود، سایت و اپلیکیشن سفارش آنلاین غذا، میوه، نان و… است که در سال ۱۴۰۲ با نام «اُفود»‌ و با سرمایه‌گذاری هوشمند هلدینگ گلرنگ وارد بازار شد. در سال ۱۴۰۳ اُفود به عنوان اولین سرویس به «سوپراپلیکیشن تپسی» پیوست و کارش را با نام «تپسی‌فود» ادامه داد. هدف ما در تپسی‌فود تغییر قواعد بازار تحویل فوری مواد خوراکی، به نفع مشتریان و فروشگاه‌داران است.
کاربران ما در هر زمانی از روز که بخواهند، می‌توانند وارد سایت یا اپ تپسی‌فود شوند، رستوران‌ها و سایر فروشگاه‌های اطراف را ببینند، غذای دلخواهشان را از آن‌ها آنلاین سفارش دهند و به‌موقع تحویل بگیرند.
