Responsibilities:

Gather, clean, and maintain data from various sources to ensure accuracy and reliability.
Analyze product performance metrics, user behavior, and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
Conduct cohort analysis, segmentation, and predictive modeling to support product strategies.
Create and maintain dashboards and regular reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
Develop clear and compelling data visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
Collaborate with Product Managers to define and track success metrics for new features and products.
Design and analyze A/B tests and other experiments to evaluate the impact of product changes.
Provide actionable insights and recommendations to inform product development and marketing strategies.
Conduct competitive analysis and benchmark studies to stay informed about industry trends.
Work closely with Engineering and Design teams to ensure data-driven decision-making throughout the product life cycle.
Partner with Marketing to analyze campaign performance and optimize user acquisition and retention strategies.

Requirements:

3+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a product-focused role within the (FoodDelivery, E-commerce, Q-commerce , FMCG) sector.
Proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation.
Experience with data analysis tools such as Python, or similar
Familiarity with data visualization tools like Metabase, Matplotlib, Plotly.
Knowledge of statistical analysis and A/B testing methodologies.
