شرح موقعیت شغلی

We seek an experienced and creative Design Team Lead to join our growing team. In this role, you will lead a team of designers, ensure the delivery of high-quality designs, and drive innovation across all visual projects. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of design principles, and the ability to inspire a team to achieve excellence.

Responsibilities: 

  •   Lead, mentor, and manage the design team to achieve project goals and deadlines.
  • Oversee the entire design process, from concept to final delivery, ensuring brand consistency across all materials.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, HR, and Sales, to deliver impactful visual solutions.
  • Develop and implement design strategies that align with the company's vision and goals.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to ensure the team remains innovative and competitive.
  • Actively participate in the design process by contributing to key projects and creating design assets
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
  • Provide constructive feedback to team members to help them grow and improve their skills.
  • Present design concepts and solutions to stakeholders and clients as needed.
Requirements:

  •  Proven experience as a Design Team Lead or similar role.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects across digital and print media.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Figma, Sketch, etc.
  • Strong understanding of branding, typography, layout, and visual storytelling.
