We seek an experienced and creative Design Team Lead to join our growing team. In this role, you will lead a team of designers, ensure the delivery of high-quality designs, and drive innovation across all visual projects. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of design principles, and the ability to inspire a team to achieve excellence.

Responsibilities:

Lead, mentor, and manage the design team to achieve project goals and deadlines.
Oversee the entire design process, from concept to final delivery, ensuring brand consistency across all materials.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, HR, and Sales, to deliver impactful visual solutions.
Develop and implement design strategies that align with the company's vision and goals.
Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to ensure the team remains innovative and competitive.
Actively participate in the design process by contributing to key projects and creating design assets
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
Provide constructive feedback to team members to help them grow and improve their skills.
Present design concepts and solutions to stakeholders and clients as needed.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Design Team Lead or similar role.
Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects across digital and print media.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Figma, Sketch, etc.
Strong understanding of branding, typography, layout, and visual storytelling.

تپسی‌فود، سایت و اپلیکیشن سفارش آنلاین غذا، میوه، نان و… است که در سال ۱۴۰۲ با نام «اُفود»‌ و با سرمایه‌گذاری هوشمند هلدینگ گلرنگ وارد بازار شد. در سال ۱۴۰۳ اُفود به عنوان اولین سرویس به «سوپراپلیکیشن تپسی» پیوست و کارش را با نام «تپسی‌فود» ادامه داد. هدف ما در تپسی‌فود تغییر قواعد بازار تحویل فوری مواد خوراکی، به نفع مشتریان و فروشگاه‌داران است.
کاربران ما در هر زمانی از روز که بخواهند، می‌توانند وارد سایت یا اپ تپسی‌فود شوند، رستوران‌ها و سایر فروشگاه‌های اطراف را ببینند، غذای دلخواهشان را از آن‌ها آنلاین سفارش دهند و به‌موقع تحویل بگیرند.
فروشگاه‌های همکارمان نیز با دریافت کارمزد منصفانه و تسویه‌حساب سریع، یک همکاری بُردـبُرد خواهند داشت.
