Responsibilities :

Design, develop, and maintain BI solutions using ClickHouse to handle complex
and high-volume data sets.
Develop comprehensive and visually compelling dashboards and reports using
Metabase to monitor business performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Operations, Commercial) to
gather requirements and ensure data insights align with business needs.
Continuously refine and improve dashboards to enhance usability and insight
delivery.
Analyze key metrics related to customer behavior, product performance, and
operational efficiency in the context of e-commerce or q-commerce/food delivery.
Proactively identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement to
support business growth.
Present data-driven insights and recommendations to stakeholders, ensuring a
clear understanding of complex data.
Ensure high data quality standards by performing routine data validation and
cleansing.
Maintain proper documentation of BI processes, ensuring transparency and
scalability.

Requirements:

Proven experience (3+ years) as a BI Developer, particularly in the e-commerce,
q-commerce, or food delivery space.
Strong hands-on experience with ClickHouse (writing complex queries, optimizing
performance, managing large datasets).
Proficiency in Metabase (building dashboards, visualizations, and reports).
Familiarity with e-commerce or food delivery KPIs (customer acquisition cost, lifetime
value, order frequency, etc.).
Experience with other BI tools (Metabase).
Familiarity with programming languages (e.g., Python, SQL)
