شرح موقعیت شغلی

We’re building high-throughput, low-latency, event-driven services that power a centralized cryptocurrency exchange (CEX) at scale. As a Blockchain Developer, you will design and maintain the infrastructure that interacts with multiple blockchain networks, manages on-chain transactions, and powers deposit, withdrawal, and asset management systems. You will work closely with backend and trading teams to ensure secure and reliable blockchain integrations. While the platform is a centralized exchange, familiarity with DEX mechanics and on-chain swap systems is important to understand liquidity flows, token standards, and blockchain ecosystem behavior. What you’ll do: -Design and implement services responsible for blockchain integrations including deposits, withdrawals, and transaction monitoring. -Build backend services using Go, gRPC, Kafka, and HTTP APIs to process blockchain events and exchange operations. -Develop and maintain wallet infrastructure including hot wallets, cold wallets, transaction batching, and monitoring tools. -Interact with blockchain nodes via RPC/Web3 APIs to track confirmations, balances, and transaction states. -Implement reliable pipelines for token transfers, transaction broadcasting, and confirmation tracking. -Handle nonce management, gas estimation, transaction retries, and idempotent processing. -Design systems that safely manage asset balances across multiple blockchain networks. -Model and persist blockchain-related data in PostgreSQL, including schema design and performance optimization. -Engineer robust concurrent services in Go capable of processing high volumes of blockchain events. -Ensure observability by implementing metrics, logs, and tracing for blockchain-related services. -Collaborate with trading, backend, and infrastructure teams to deliver reliable exchange infrastructure. --- Minimum qualifications 4+ years experience building backend systems. 2+ years experience working with blockchain integrations or crypto infrastructure. Strong proficiency in Golang for building concurrent backend services. Good understanding of blockchain fundamentals, including blocks, transactions, gas, confirmations, and mempool behavior. Experience handling token transfers and wallet operations across blockchain networks. Practical experience interacting with EVM-compatible chains (Ethereum, BSC, Polygon, etc.) via RPC or Web3 APIs. Experience with Kafka or event-driven systems. Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL, including schema design and query optimization. Experience running Redis in production environments. Solid understanding of distributed systems concepts such as idempotency, fault tolerance, and consistency. Experience with Docker and CI/CD pipelines. Nice to have: -Experience building systems for cryptocurrency exchanges (CEX). -Familiarity with DEX concepts such as liquidity pools, AMMs, and swap mechanisms. -Basic knowledge of smart contracts and Solidity. -Experience with Rust or other performance-focused languages. -Understanding of multi-chain infrastructure and blockchain node management. -Experience building high-throughput financial systems. -Good English writing and communication skills.
