We’re seeking an experienced “Senior Product Designer” who has enthusiasm for finding solutions through concept design and a tremendous ability to carry our subjective ideas into customer-oriented designs.

Someone who is proficient at UX research, UX design, information architecture design, and ultimately, responsible for the user experience of a whole product.

He or she has a great passion to build a world class product that makes FaraDars stand out as the best place to watch. From planning to design, testing, and rollout, you’ll use your design sensibility and strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with PM and multiple teams across the company.

Requirements

Proven experience in all aspects of the product design process, including user research, wireframing, prototyping, visual design, interaction design, and usability testing.
At least three years of background experience in UX / Product design is imperative.
Relevant work experience in online education startups or companies is a plus. However, this job position requires a significant passion for online education.
An intuitive eye for customer needs beyond the obvious.
Creative problem-solving skills, detail-oriented, data-proven decision-making, and curiosity to learn new concepts are relevant and required soft skills.
Teamwork, Teamwork, Teamwork.
Ability to collect and interpret both qualitative and quantitative feedback from surveys, interviews, big data, etc.
Solid knowledge in working with one of Figma, Adobe XD or Sketch.
Experienced in Adobe PS and Adobe IA, Familiarity with Asana, OKR, and Scrum is required.
BS or MA in Arts (Graphic Design, Industrial Design, ...) Computer Science (Software engineering, IT, ...) or relevant majors is a plus.
An intermediate level in English is essential, especially in reading and writing.
