FaraDars located in Tehran is actively seeking an experienced and analytical professional to join their staff as their new Chief Technical Officer (CTO). Working in a fast-paced and vibrant environment, this role gives you an opportunity to experience a variety of areas within the field!

Responsibilities:

Lead all aspects of the development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, strategic planning, design/architecture, execution, deployment, and maintenance;
Create and oversee the implementation of technology solutions & strategies;
Align the company's technology resources with the organization's short- and long-term goals;
Oversee and lead with a hands-on approach to building technical processes, goals, and expectations with founders & stakeholders;
Retain, and mentor a team; or, if suitable, manage an outsourced team of developers;
Discover and implement new technologies that yield competitive advantage;
Ensure all technology and security practices adhere to regulatory and company standards;
Manage technology budgets and project timeframes with cross-functional teams;
The ability to drive teams in complex solution development; and
Demonstrated ability to meet critical deadlines.

Skills Required:

Exceptional collaboration, communication, and leadership skills;
Knowledge of the latest technological advances that could benefit the company;
Knowledge of all functions and roles;
Knowledge of best information security practices;
Experience with PHP / Laravel, MySQL, MongoDB, Elasticsearch, Redis, React, React Native, Next.js, Docker
