شرح موقعیت شغلی

• The Product Manager is responsible for the definition, development, and commercialization of products and services in line with company strategy and market requirements and interfaces with Business Development/Sales, R&D, and other key functions to achieve the growth target;
• They drive product strategy, and portfolio strategy, manage product life cycle and lead product launch efforts;
• Portfolio strategy - Candidate will be responsible for managing their assigned portfolios to define the strategies to ensure portfolio growth goals are achieved through various marketing, product development, and other commercial initiatives;
• Product vision - Analyzing market, customer, and competitive conditions, and identifying emerging scientific trends and technologies for the purpose of creating a product vision that is differentiated and delivers unique value based on customer demands;
• Market assessment - Identify appropriate market opportunities governed by the market dynamics in the region, competitive landscape, solution/service needs, and sales approach;
• Cross-functional collaborations - Ensure close alignment and open communication with Business Development, R&D Scientific Leaders to develop and lifecycle products;
• Ensure ongoing engagement with the target customer base through voice-of-customer activities.

•  MTech or MBA preferred.
•  5+ years of experience in product or program management, product marketing, and business development;
•  Experience identifying business opportunities, and building a product strategy...;
•  Experience overseeing roadmap strategy and definition;
•  Strong leadership, project planning, and execution skills;
•  Excellent oral and written communication skills.
