FaraDars is seeking a talented Product Manager who is ready to work in a rapidly changing environment and will help us develop products and innovate on behalf of the customer.

Responsibilities

The Product Manager is responsible for the definition, development, and commercialization of products and services in line with company strategy and market requirements and interfaces with Business Development/Sales, R&D, and other key functions to achieve the growth target;
They drive product strategy, and portfolio strategy, manage product life cycle and lead product launch efforts;
Portfolio strategy - Candidate will be responsible for managing their assigned portfolios to define the strategies to ensure portfolio growth goals are achieved through various marketing, product development, and other commercial initiatives;
Product vision - Analyzing market, customer, and competitive conditions, and identifying emerging scientific trends and technologies for the purpose of creating a product vision that is differentiated and delivers unique value based on customer demands;
Market assessment - Identify appropriate market opportunities governed by the market dynamics in the region, competitive landscape, solution/service needs, and sales approach;
Cross-functional collaborations - Ensure close alignment and open communication with Business Development, R&D Scientific Leaders to develop and lifecycle products;
Ensure ongoing engagement with the target customer base through voice-of-customer activities.

Basic Qualifications

MTech or MBA preferred.
5+ years of experience in product or program management, product marketing, and business development;
Experience identifying business opportunities, and building a product strategy...;
Experience overseeing roadmap strategy and definition;
Strong leadership, project planning, and execution skills;
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
