شرح موقعیت شغلی

Summary:



As a Senior UI/UX Designer at FaraDars, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience of our products. You will be responsible for creating intuitive, user-centered designs for our digital platforms, ensuring they are visually compelling and easy to use.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead the design of user interfaces for web and mobile applications, ensuring they align with both user needs and business goals.
2. Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and identify areas for improvement.
3. Collaborate with product manager, product owners, engineers, and other stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and experience.
4. Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
5. Develop and maintain design wireframes, mockups, and specifications as needed.
6. Evaluate existing applications for usability and recommend design enhancements.
7. Stay up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies.
8. Mentor junior designers and help guide their work, fostering a collaborative, productive, and positive environment within the team.


Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio of design projects.
  • Proficiency in Figma, AdobeXD, Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, InVision, UXPin, or other visual design and wireframing tools.
  • Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.
  • Ability to present and defend designs and key deliverables to peers and executive-level stakeholders.
  • Experience in conducting user research and usability testing.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a creative approach to tackling complex design challenges.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
