We are looking for a Senior eCRM Specialist who can turn data into decisions, design effective communication scenarios, and execute campaigns with precision to improve user engagement and increase customer lifetime value.
Responsibilities:
Design and execute eCRM campaigns with a focus on database-driven communication channels (especially SMS)
Segment users based on behavior, engagement history, and customer value, and build segments tailored to business and industry characteristics
Analyze campaign performance using metrics such as Conversion Rate, Engagement, Revenue, and other relevant KPIs
Design and implement user journeys with a focus on driving sales and optimizing campaign performance
Plan and run A/B tests to improve messaging, timing, and campaign structure
Collaborate with Marketing, Data, and Product teams to design and execute effective campaigns
Monitor and improve the quality of data used in campaigns
Prepare analytical reports and provide actionable insights to improve campaign performance
Requirements:
3–5 years of experience in eCRM or related fields
Strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; familiarity with BI tools is a plus
Experience with marketing automation tools (such as WebEngage or similar local tools)
Hands-on experience in designing and executing database-driven campaigns (especially SMS)
Ability to write clear, concise, and behavior-driven messages
Solid understanding of segmentation, customer journey, funnel conversion, and retention concepts
