As a Senior Product Manager at Bimeh Bazar, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction and execution of a significant product area within our portfolio. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define and deliver high-impact products, thriving in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. This role requires strategic thinking, exceptional execution, and the ability to make critical decisions with limited data while driving measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities:

Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for your assigned product area by conducting market research, competitive analysis, and identifying opportunities for growth and innovation.
Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and other stakeholders to execute the product roadmap, delivering high-quality products on time and within budget. Prioritize effectively across multiple projects.
Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product performance, identify areas for improvement, and inform future development. Extract actionable insights from large datasets to guide decision-making.
Communicate product strategy, progress, and challenges clearly to stakeholders, including leadership, engineering, design, marketing, and operations. Build strong relationships to influence decisions across teams.
Partner with marketing and related teams to develop and execute effective go-to-market strategies for new products and features.
Champion the voice of the customer by actively seeking user feedback and incorporating it into the product development process. Conduct and analyze user research to inform product decisions.
Foster a culture of innovation and experimentation, exploring new ideas and technologies to drive product improvements.

Requirements:

3+ years of experience in product management, preferably in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling products.
Deep understanding of the product development lifecycle (PDLC) and agile methodologies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a demonstrated ability to make data-driven decisions.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
Experience with user research methodologies, customer feedback analysis, and proficiency in A/B testing and experimental design.
