As a Senior Financial Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the company's day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, treasury activities, cash management, reconciliations, and financial settlements. If you are detail-oriented, analytical, and enjoy improving financial processes in a dynamic environment, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibiliti

Manage supplier payments and employee expense reimbursements
Issue customer invoices, monitor collections, and reconcile customer accounts
Perform bank reconciliations and support daily treasury operations
Prepare cash position reports and cash flow forecasts
Reconcile sales transactions, payment gateway settlements, and financial records
Review commissions, fees, refunds, and investigate reconciliation discrepancies
Support the improvement and automation of finance processes and systems
Ensure compliance with internal controls, financial policies, and operational procedures

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
At least 5 years of experience in financial operations, treasury, or accounting
Strong knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, treasury operations, and bank reconciliations
Experience with cash flow management and financial reporting
Familiarity with ERP systems, banking platforms, and payment gateways
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
Ability to prioritize tasks and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment
