شرح موقعیت شغلی

As the Head of Tax & Social Security, you will be responsible for managing the company's tax and Social Security matters, ensuring regulatory compliance, minimizing financial and legal risks, and overseeing tax and Social Security cases.

If you have strong knowledge of Iranian tax and Social Security regulations and hands-on experience managing complex audits, assessments, and regulatory matters, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

Manage corporate income tax, VAT, payroll tax, withholding tax, and Taxpayer System requirements
Ensure accurate and timely submission of tax returns, Social Security filings, and other statutory reports
Reconcile tax and Social Security records with accounting, payroll, sales, and banking data
Review contracts and business transactions for tax and Social Security implications
Manage employee insurance, contract insurance, assessments, and clearance certificates
Lead tax and Social Security audits, assessments, objections, appeals, and dispute-resolution cases
Monitor tax and Social Security liabilities, provisions, statutory deadlines, and regulatory risks
Establish and improve internal controls and compliance processes
Advise management on regulatory changes and their financial and compliance implications
Lead and develop the Tax & Social Security team

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or a related field
At least 8 years of relevant experience in Tax and Social Security
At least 3 years of experience in a managerial or team leadership role
Strong knowledge of Iranian direct tax, VAT, payroll tax, Taxpayer System, and Social Security regulations
Hands-on experience with tax and Social Security audits, assessments, objections, appeals, and contract insurance matters
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial analysis
Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with tax and Social Security authorities
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and familiarity with ERP, accounting, and payroll systems
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
