شرح موقعیت شغلی

AutoAbzar is building a platform that simplifies car ownership by bringing together automotive services into a single product. As Product Lead, you will own the product direction, lead the product team, and ensure successful execution of initiatives that create measurable business impact.

 

Responsibilities:

Product Leadership

  • Lead and mentor the Product team, including Product Management, Product Design, and Product Operations.
  • Establish and continuously improve product processes, workflows, and ways of working.
  • Drive alignment across the team and foster a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Product Strategy

  • Shape the product roadmap in alignment with business strategy and company objectives.
  • Translate strategic goals into clear product initiatives and priorities.
  • Identify growth opportunities through market insights, customer needs, and business analysis.
Product Delivery

  • Own the end-to-end product delivery process.
  • Ensure initiatives move efficiently from discovery to release by coordinating Product, Design, and Engineering.
  • Support the team throughout delivery, remove blockers, and ensure high-quality execution.
  • Be accountable for successful and timely product delivery.
Business Ownership

  • Own key product and business KPIs.
  • Analyze product performance, user behavior, and operational metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Collaborate with leadership on business planning, prioritization, and strategic decisions.
  • Balance user value, business impact, and technical feasibility when making product decisions.
Data & Experimentation

  • Define success metrics for product initiatives.
  • Use data and user insights to validate opportunities and measure outcomes.
  • Promote experimentation and evidence-based decision making across the product organization.
Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Partner closely with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Customer Experience, Operations, Sales, and external stakeholders.
  • Drive alignment, facilitate decision-making, and ensure effective collaboration across teams.
 

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of Product Management experience, including experience leading product teams.
  • Strong strategic thinking with the ability to connect product decisions to business outcomes.
  • Experience defining product roadmaps and driving cross-functional execution.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience using data and product metrics to drive decision making. 
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
  • Experience writing product documentation and translating business needs into actionable initiatives.
