Job Description
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Consistently recruiting excellent staff.
- Maintaining a smooth onboarding process.
- Training, counseling and coaching our staff.
- Nurture a positive working environment and resolving conflicts through positive and professional mediation
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance and optimum wage reviews
- Developing clear working policies and ensuring policy awareness among employees
- Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
- Developing and implementing workflow metric systems using tools such as OKR, etc.
Requirements:
- Preferably Master’s degree in business, human resources management or equivalent.
- Proven working experience as HR Manager or HR Executive
- People-oriented and result-driven.
- Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
- Experience in conflict resolution, disciplinary processes and workplace investigations
- In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
