       Job Description


  •          Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
  •         Consistently recruiting excellent staff.
  •          Maintaining a smooth onboarding process.
  •         Training, counseling and coaching our staff.
  •         Nurture a positive working environment and resolving conflicts through positive and professional mediation
  •          Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance and optimum wage reviews
  •        Developing clear working policies and ensuring policy awareness among employees
  •          Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
  •          Developing and implementing workflow metric systems using tools such as OKR, etc.
      
      
      Requirements:


  •         Preferably Master’s degree in business, human resources management or equivalent.
  •          Proven working experience as HR Manager or HR Executive
  •         People-oriented and result-driven.
  •         Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics
  •         Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
  •          Experience in conflict resolution, disciplinary processes and workplace investigations
  •         In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
