Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Market Research Specialist to join our Marketing Team in BimeBazar. As a Market Researcher, you will play a crucial role in gathering and analysing data to provide valuable insights that will guide our marketing strategies and drive business growth. You will collaborate with various teams within the organization. The primary responsibilities of this role include:

Conducting research and analysis to support strategic decision-making in a highly competitive market.
Monitoring market trends, including competitor activities, to identify opportunities and threats.
Collecting and analysing customer feedback to measure satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
Evaluating brand awareness and positioning through research and survey methodologies.
Analysing user behaviour and preferences to optimise marketing campaigns and enhance customer experiences.
Organising and facilitating focus groups to gain in-depth insights into user preferences and perceptions.
Preparing comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate research findings to key stakeholders.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and refine marketing strategies based on research insights.
Staying up-to-date with industry developments and emerging research methodologies.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
Proven experience in market research, preferably in the insurance or financial industry.
Proficiency in research methodologies and data analysis techniques.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
Familiarity with market research tools and analytics platforms.
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.
