What you’ll do
- Instrument the buyer funnel (search → view → contact → deal) and launch KPI dashboards used in every weekly review.
- Prioritise and ship mobile-first upgrades—saved searches, personalised alerts, faster image galleries—that close parity gaps with web and cut crash rates.
- Lead experiments to improve trust signals and boost call-click-through
- Introduce guided-search & AI-powered recommendations leveraging our new data layer to shorten time-to-first-contact.
- Partner with Design & QA to establish accessibility and quality gates before release; no feature ships without analytics hooks or automated smoke tests.
- Evangelise a data-driven, hypothesis-led culture across Product, Engineering, Marketing—turning ad-hoc requests into measurable experiments.
You’ll nail this if you…
- Have 3 – 5 years building consumer mobile products with complex search/discovery flows.
- Own the craft of product discovery: user interviews, JTBD mapping, rapid prototyping.
- Can balance near-term UX wins with technical-debt constraints—and speak credibly about both.
- Are obsessed with instrumenting everything and proving impact with metrics, not slides.
- Embrace startup-level urgency and communicate crisply in Persian & English.
Bonus points
- Experience with classifieds, recommerce or other high-ticket C2C marketplaces.
- Familiarity with growth loops (SEO, content, referral) relevant to Iranian audiences.
