استخدام Associate Product Manager (APM)
شرح موقعیت شغلی
The soft-skill toolkit we’re looking for
- Empathic communicator – You simplify complex ideas for engineers and non-tech teammates, and you ask clarifying questions before drawing conclusions.
- Hungry learner – New frameworks, new domains, even a bit of Farsi automotive jargon—you chase them because growth is your default.
- Structured thinker under chaos – Bama is fixing legacy code and process debt; you stay calm, break problems into chunks, and keep moving.
- Bias for collaboration – You believe great products come from Design, Engineering, QA, Sales, and Support pulling together; you’re the glue.
- Accountability with heart – You own outcomes, not tasks. When deadlines slip, you flag it early, rally help, and protect team morale.
What motivates you
- Impact at national scale – Millions of Iranians rely on Bama; each dashboard you wire up or bug you squash makes their next car search smoother.
- Mentorship & runway – Three senior PMs and a newly installed Product Ops function are committed to coaching you weekly.
- A culture reboot you help shape – The CPO is rebuilding data habits, delivery rhythm, and team ownership—your fingerprints will be on that transformation.
- Room to experiment – From mobile trust signals to dealer onboarding tweaks, good ideas beat job titles here.
Basic requirements
- 1-3 years in any analytical, user-focused field (product, UX research, consulting, operations, or even a stellar internship).
- Comfort with spreadsheets and a willingness to learn one analytics tool.
- Fluent Persian; working English.
Nice-to-haves
- Exposure to marketplaces, classifieds, or high-ticket e-commerce.
- Experience organising hackathons, campus clubs, or volunteer projects—proof you can rally people without formal authority.
