استخدام Business Intelligence Developer

شرح موقعیت شغلی

Here at "bama.ir", the premier auto-trading platform in Iran, we’re looking for a Business Intelligence Developer who will design, build, and maintain BI solutions that drive data-driven decision-making. In this role, you’ll leverage your expertise in data modelling, dashboard creation and data pipeline optimisation to enhance our reporting and analytics capabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Translate business needs to technical specifications.
  • Write efficient and optimised SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyse large volumes of operational and business data from various databases. 
  • Develop and maintain ETL processes using SSIS and design robust data models with SSAS Tabular to ensure a scalable reporting foundation. 
  • Design and build interactive dashboards in Power BI, applying DAX skills to create clear visualizations and generate periodic and ad-hoc reports that communicate key performance indicators and business insights.
  • Conduct detailed data analyses to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities that drive process improvements and support effective decision-making.
  • Maintain comprehensive technical documentation for data models, system processes and reporting tools to support ongoing improvements and troubleshooting.
Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field .
  • Minimum 3+ years experience in Business Intelligence development, Data Analysis or other data-focused roles.
  • Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts, dimensional modeling, OLAP and data warehouse design principles .
  • Proficiency in SQL for efficient data extraction, transformation, and performance tuning.
  • Good grasp of ETL processes, data pipelines and data governance best practices. 
  • Deep hands-on experience with PowerBI, including data modeling, DAX development  and visualization design.
  • Proficiency in SSAS tabular models for advanced data analytics.
  • Writing effective and scalable Python codes  is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication skills to clearly explain data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
