We are currently seeking a Senior Product Designer to join our design team. Lead design projects for consumer-facing products and internal tools. Develop user flows, maps, wireframes, and assets. Create prototypes for validation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, drive platform success. Prioritize user needs, think ahead, articulate design decisions. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design process from ideation to launch, focusing on meeting customer needs and business goals.
- Conduct user research studies and analyze data for valuable insights into user behavior and needs.
- Develop user flows, wireframes, and prototypes to facilitate the design process.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute product strategies and deliver high-quality designs.
- Continuously improve user experience through feedback, observation, and adaptation in a fast-paced startup environment.
Job Requirements:
- Strong proficiency in analytics tools such as Hotjar and Google Analytics.
- Expertise in Figma and designing with design systems.
- Demonstrated experience leading design initiatives and managing a team of designers.
- Extensive experience in designing complex enterprise panels.
- Possess a component-first mindset in design and familiarity with creating and utilizing design systems.
What Makes You Stand Out:
- Understanding of common software development practices.
- Experience with design sprints / agile methodologies / design thinking.
- Working as a producer of valuable content in the fields of design as a writer, mentor, facilitator, etc.
