استخدام UX Researcher

شرح موقعیت شغلی

As a UX Researcher, you'll conduct research to inform design decisions, analyze data, and develop reports to communicate findings to various stakeholders. You'll work closely with designers, product managers, business developers and engineers to ensure our platform is designed with the needs of our users in mind.

Responsibilities:

  •  Conduct user research through interviews, surveys, and usability testing to understand user behavior, pain points and needs related to buying and selling vehicles
  • Analyze data to identify patterns and trends in user behavior, such as search patterns and product usage habits
  • Develop research reports and presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders and inform design decisions
  • Conduct product UX analysis through heuristic evaluations and analytics studies
  • Collaborate with designers and product managers to integrate research findings into design decisions
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX research
  • Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for innovation
  • Develop personas and user journeys to inform product development
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend changes

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience as a UX Researcher or in a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills

Nice to Have:

  • Knowledge of vehicle listing and classified ads products’ trends and regulations
  • Familiarity with CX and service design
  • UX writing skills
  • Certification in UX research
