Job Description

We are currently seeking a Senior Product Designer to join our design team. Lead design projects for consumer-facing products and internal tools. Develop user flows, maps, wireframes, and assets. Create prototypes for validation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, drive platform success. Prioritize user needs, think ahead, articulate design decisions. Strong ownership and "ship it" mentality. Simplify complex technological demands. Join Bama as Senior Product Designer, drive mission forward.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design process from ideation to launch, focusing on meeting customer needs and business goals.
Conduct user research studies and analyze data for valuable insights into user behavior and needs.
Develop user flows, wireframes, and prototypes to facilitate the design process.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute product strategies and deliver high-quality designs.
Continuously improve user experience through feedback, observation, and adaptation in a fast-paced startup environment.

Job Requirements:

Strong proficiency in analytics tools such as Hotjar and Google Analytics.
Expertise in Figma and designing with design systems.
Demonstrated experience leading design initiatives and managing a team of designers.
Extensive experience in designing complex enterprise panels.
Possess a component-first mindset in design and familiarity with creating and utilizing design systems.

What Makes You Stand Out:

Understanding of common software development practices.
Experience with design sprints / agile methodologies / design thinking.
Working as a producer of valuable content in the fields of design as a writer, mentor, facilitator, etc.
