The Campaign Manager will plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversion. Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the digital marketing team to develop and implement marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, content marketing, PPC, and SEO.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive and effective campaign strategies.
Manage the campaign calendar, ensuring timely execution and alignment with overall marketing goals.
Analyze and report on campaign performance, using data to optimize strategies and improve ROI.
Work closely with the content team to create compelling and relevant campaign materials.
Oversee the budget for each campaign, ensuring cost-effective resource allocation.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and trends.
Use tools like Google Analytics and marketing automation platforms to track and measure campaign success.
Implement A/B testing and other optimization techniques to enhance campaign performance.
Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience managing marketing campaigns, with a proven track record of success.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, including email, SEO, PPC, and content marketing.
Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and marketing automation software.
Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.
Creative thinker with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Good command of English (especially reading and writing).
