Developing internal and external processes for delivery operations, understanding drivers of low performance, identifying critical operational improvements and defects, scaling those improvements and monitoring their performance over time
Ensuring the establishment and strengthening of the relationship with key accounts
Identifying customer needs proactively, making suggestions and providing and executing action plans to fulfill them
Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way
Working closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
Providing data analysis needed for operations decision making
Translating analysis results into business recommendations.
Monitor customer and competitor activity and industry trends.
Translating customer’s strategy and priorities into a joint innovation roadmap and building a product development pipeline
Monitoring delivery operations metrics, applying root cause analysis to improve them and make sure they will meet SLA by collaborating within the team or with other teams for taking needed actions.
Job Requirements
At least 2 years of experience in operations, analytics, and project management
Having strong analytical skills and experience with quantitative data analysis, deep actionable insights, modeling, and advanced test plan design and analysis
Teamwork skills
Problem solver
Expert in Excel
Excellent knowledge in food and grocery delivery
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Have a strong sense of ownership
Commitment to learning
