شرح موقعیت شغلی

· Job purpose

· Manage, motivate and support a team of Dark Store Heads within a time-sensitive and demanding operational environment, to ensure effective contribution in order to deliver team performance and productivity.

· Duties and responsibilities

Own the performance metrics of the order pickers and rider fleets at Their Dark store i.e. attendance, punctuality, consistency of following key delivery processes, and timeliness of deliveries. Coach individual riders when needed, and escalate issues when required.
Maintain health and safety standards, promote a positive on-site safety culture and ensure the sites are compliant with regulatory requirements.
Own the development of team Heads and promote career progression and personal development. This will include training on any process updates and requirements. Provide regular feedback on where and how training can be improved.
Maintain orderly, presentable appearance of the store By Daily , Weekly And Reports.
Creatively problem solve and come up with solutions to challenges faced by your team. Collaborate with HQ in driving process and improvements, being the voice of the site, advocating for what your team needs to perform.

Warehousing Monitoring
Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent services
Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
Conduct personnel performance appraisals to assess training needs and build career paths
Deal with all issues that arise from Team Heads And staff
fleet optimization
5S & HSE
Be responsible for strategic demand planning & inventory accuracy of Dark Stores
Be responsible for incoming shipments & communication within your teams receive, sort, organize and store inventory in the proper location
Processing and updating of orders status and ensure optimal product quality and high customer satisfaction
Work together with our procurement department and manage the teams
Report damaged or missing inventory Of Darkstores
Update logs and documentation for inventory processing
Work as an active team member to complete team goals
