We are looking for an enthusiastic detail-oriented individual to join our team as the Planning & Analytics Specialist. He or she is responsible for Sales planning, budget planning, cost controlling, target tracking and analyzing different commercial & marketing metrics leading to important insights for making important decisions. We can say that Planning & Analytics Specialist has one of the most important roles in our team that can give the best vision of budget management, target tracking & reporting and business strategy.
Develop and manage the sales planning, reporting and tracking targets for the commercial, marketing and finance teams.
Execute daily, weekly and monthly commercial & marketing cost and KPI tracking reports based on different analysis.
Extract and analyze internal data to generate relevant knowledge to propose, implement and measure the success of actions in order to create an impact on the business.
Design and implement an efficient metrics architecture that delivers direct information for decision-making.
Able to visualize, analyze and interpret commercial, marketing and sales data to address strategic needs.
Deliver valuable insights that give shape to strategy plan across multiple markets and lines of business.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in related fields such as Industrial Engineering, Marketing Management, Commercial Management, MBA and Strategic Management.
Minimum three years of work experience in budget planning, sales planning and analyzing data to draw business-relevant conclusions.
Budget planning and cost controlling skill set are so necessary.
Data analyzing and delivering insights through reporting and analysis.
Advanced Excel knowledge is a must.
Strong strategic analysis, critical and analytical thinking.
Having enough flexibility and agility for ad hock tasks.
Strong communication, documentation and presentation skills in creating detailed reports.
