We are looking for a creative Senior Graphic designer to join our marketing team at Digikala Jet.

In this role, you should bring creativity and innovation in laying the cornerstone to our visual communication and marketing assets. As our senior graphic designer you will be working inside marketing team to engage our sellers and continuing build brand awareness through creative content. The ideal candidate will be innovative, excited about digital technologies and trends, have superb writing skills paired with the ability to create visually appealing solutions.

Responsibilities

• Creating and delivering high-quality, on brand designs from initial concept through to delivery, working to a specific brief.

• Creating innovative and commercially-effective campaigns, graphics, web pages and digital assets for our team at digikala jet, to enhance the learning and development and communication experience and increase engagement across multiple touch points, with user experience at the core.

• Working with peers and colleagues to evolve the Infrastructure Operations visual brand to meet the developing needs of the Department.

• Managing the project life cycle from internal brief through to usability and build or print production.

• Collaborating with Instructional Designer peers, related teams and other key stakeholders to drive best practice and learning for design.

• Work with PR and Content team to ensure content is informative and appealing.

• Regular check-ins by the supervisor to ensure all the actions, projects and strategies are aligned and being progressed timely and efficiently

Key Responsibilities

• Work with illustrators, designers and instructional designers to understand the project scope and objectives.

• Assist in the creation of storyboards.

• Prepare conceptual layouts for all the project.

• hold the brainstorming sessions to share new design perspectives and ideas.

• Provide accurate time estimates for each part of the process.

• Assist in selecting appropriate audio, graphic and animation styles for the project.

• Support the design and illustration team with photo editing, bespoke illustration and icon design.

• Responsible for training and developing others in the use of Required software.

• Familiarity with combining various colors, typography, and illustration.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Ability to comprehend and uphold brand style guidelines, producing work of a suitable style

• Ability to solve an array of challenges through visual design

• Must be able to mediate creative problems to arrive at the best solution

• Manage time effectively, ability to multi-task and meet deadlines

• Detail-oriented individual who reviews his/her work carefully, quality control is key

• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaborate with a team

• Professional demeanor with high degree of comfort speaking with internal clients

• Adobe Illustrator

• powerPoint & Keynote

Highly desirable skills:

• Cinema 4D

• Adobe aftereffect

• Final Cut Pro
