Internalize and deeply understand the company's mission and strategies, as well as the objectives of your particular products
Define, prioritize and communicate short, mid, and long-term goals of FinTech products.
Work closely with internal departments like Marketing, CRM, Engineering & Legal, and third parties to ensure the scope, scale, and speed of your products' user and merchant acquisition processes.
Manage and lead the end-to-end process of merchant acquisition in cooperation with your sales teammates
Be data-driven. Collect necessary data to decide on products' direction and backlogs' prioritization
Gain insights through in-depth market and customer research
Find opportunities for improvement across the business and your team.
Drive product adoption and advocate for improvements and new offerings
You will be responsible for KPI deliveries.
KEY QUALIFICATIONS
Analytical problem solver with strong business acumen who is data-driven, with a can-do attitude and flexibility to accommodate evolving business needs
Premier business development lead or product professional with 4-5 years of experience
Exceptionally good at prioritizing, time managing, multi-tasking, and problem solving
Ability to synthesize complex topics and distill fundamental business dynamics
Ability to collaborate with different teams using outstanding influencing skills and senior-level solid communication abilities to drive decisions
Deep familiarity with the FinTech sector and AP payment products, including Wallet & Direct Debit, is a plus.
