We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to join our fast growing international tech startup. This is a remote position, so you can work from anywhere.

About us

IFS Guide is a fast growing international startup empowering people by upgrading their mental health. Imagine you could be your best personality at all times with ease and joy. 

To give you some perspective of the mental wellness industry, the app Calm which helps with meditation and mental health is valued at $2 Billion dollars, and headspace which is also similar, is valued at $360 Million dollars.

We are also targeting the same mental health and growth space but utilizing one of the most impactful psychological methodologies of our times, called Internal Family Systems (IFS). Our goal is to help people to not only heal their emotional wounds, but also upgrade their state of mind and happiness to a state of sustainable peace and joy. 

The main product is a consumer-focused iPhone & Android App made via React Native. 

 

About the Team

The CEO & co-founder of IFS Guide, is a serial entrepreneur who sold his last company in Silicon Valley and has worked also as a high ranking product manager in other top startups in New York City. 

The other co-founder has a masters from Harvard university and is a top IFS therapist with high demand from clientele all around the world. 

Our lead engineer was an engineering team lead at Snapp, our other engineer led all the efforts at Madarsho, & our newly joined operations manager recently received her MBA from Unviersity of Tehran.  

 

 

Timeframe

Candidate should be able to start work full-time by August 1st, 2021 (the sooner the better).

Minimum Requirements

  1. 3+ years of experience in Product Management preferably on Mobile Apps 
  2. Intermediate/Advanced in written and conversational English
  3. Project Management using Scrum-like methodology
  4. Basic to Intermediate UX & UI skills
  5. Basic technical knowledge
  6. Bonus (not mandatory): 
    Firebase, UX/UI, Backend Architecture, Advanced Project Management
 

 

Roles & Responsibilities


  1. Learn the Internal Family System (IFS) methodology 
  2. Work closely with the designer
  3. Review or Create basic UX flows with designer
  4. Conduct usability testing & user interviews 
  5. Create product requirements and Lead sprint planning using scrum 
  6. QA & Beta User Management
  7. Drive analytics and metrics review discussing specific insights and action items
  8. Gather & manage user insights
  9. Conduct User Interviews and User Testing
  10. Document User feedback and create tasks accordingly
  11. Create analytics requirement
  12. Review Metrics, inform the team, and drive decisions based on them
  13. Many other PM related responsibilities
  14. Help hire technical and design talent
  15. Help with other related operations within the startup
