If you are a hands-on operations professional who enjoys driving field core projects in a truly agile company then you might want to check this out! We are looking for a highly people and process oriented Operations Team Lead that becomes one of the responsible persons for our growth. He will be responsible for driving our sales team strategy.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Management of sales persons in order to get the highest performance in fulfilled contracts.

• Understand the needs of sales supervisors and sales persons and provide solutions and support for them

• Regularly visit territories and direct monitoring the performance of sales persons

• Organize, train and coordinate operational planning

• Recruit, train, advise and regulate new sales team

• Determining the performance target/commissions of sales persons and monitors the market in case needed any modifications.

• Monitor and investigate market situation competitors

• Able to provide innovative plan to improve the quality of renting contracts.

• Provide practical KPIs to improve the performance of sales team.

Skills and competencies required:

• At least a bachelor's degree or higher (industrial engineering or one of the management disciplines will be preferred)

• Prefer to be present in the field regularly to figure out issues and resolve them on a daily routine.

• At least 3 years of relevant work experience under the title of management, team lead, sales supervisor (supervision of at least 6 people)

• Familiarity with Ms Office, especially Excel

• Having a result-oriented spirit

• Familiarity with the principles and techniques of negotiation

• Good public relation

• Motivated to grow

• Responsible, with high perseverance

• Ability to do teamwork

• Having experience in operation of retails (online/offline) companies is an advantage.
