شرح موقعیت شغلی

Market analyze (analysis/survey) and listing the international manufacturers of equipment and related goods to the supply and distribution network of petroleum products including petroleum depots and Fuel supply station, also conducting international negotiations to receive proposals and assessing them.
Preparation of comparative feasibility documentation and obtaining authorization as well as operating license of equipment and components considered by the National Refining and Distribution Company and National Broadcasting Company of Iran.
Negotiating with international manufacturers and sellers of technical equipment and goods related to the supply and distribution network of petroleum products including petroleum depots and Fuel supply station.
Conducting international negotiations to obtain the best offers, to purchase relevant merchandise and relevant business affairs.
Registration and execution of all customs affairs and executive regulations of industrial goods importation.

Skills:
 Mastering at international business negotiation and related affairs to analysis, obtaining authorizations and doing purchase of industrial goods from international manufacturers
 To be conversant with customs law and executive regulations of industrial goods importation
 Mastering at regulations of the National Refining and Distribution Company and National Broadcasting Company of Iran concerning procedures of receiving relevant authorizations and operating license of technical equipment in supply and distribution network of petroleum products
 Technical knowledge of petroleum products supplies and distribution network equipment including tanks, fittings, pumps, pipelines, etc
 To be conversant with operational units of petroleum products supplies and distribution network including petroleum depots and Fuel supply station
 Being conversant in technical and operational structures of fuel depots as well as requirements for petroleum products distribution service
 Technical knowledge of KAHAB and producers of its service
 To be conversant with international manufacturers of petroleum products supplies and distribution network equipment
 Mastering at business English
 Having ICDL skills knowledge
