شرح موقعیت شغلی

To attract targeted leads and increase conversion rates, we are looking to collaborate with a Digital Advertising Specialist with experience in designing, executing, and optimizing Google and Meta campaigns.

This position is suitable for someone with an analytical, results-driven approach and strong expertise in continuous Performance Marketing optimization. The project is fully international, and you will be working with a global team.

Responsibilities

Set up, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns
Manage advertising campaigns on Meta (Instagram & Facebook Ads)
Manage and optimize advertising budgets
Conduct A/B testing to improve conversion rates
Be responsible for designing, executing, and optimizing online advertising campaigns to generate leads and increase conversion rates
Set up and monitor Conversion Tracking through GA4 and Google Tag Manager
Analyze campaign performance and provide analytical reports
Execute Retargeting and Remarketing campaigns
Recommend continuous improvements based on performance data

Requirements

Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience managing Google and Meta campaigns
Strong command of Google Ads account structure
Strong proficiency in GA4 and Google Tag Manager
Hands-on experience in Lead Generation and Conversion Optimization
Ability to analyze data and work with KPIs (CPL, CPA, ROAS, etc.)
A data-driven and results-oriented approach
Fluent English proficiency is mandatory and essential for effective communication with the international team
Proven experience working on international campaigns or with international clients is mandator
Age range: 25–35 years

Nice to Have

Experience managing medium to high advertising budgets
Familiarity with Heatmap or CRO tools
Ability to provide professional reports and build dashboards
