Key Responsibilities
- Licensed Attorney-at-Law
- Minimum of 2 years of professional legal experience
- Hands-on experience in handling both civil and criminal litigation
- Experience representing clients before courts, prosecution offices, and judicial authorities
- Strong proficiency in drafting legal documents, including statements of claim, legal petitions, legal defenses, legal briefs, and appeals
- Experience in attending court hearings, following up on litigation procedures, and managing case progress through all stages
- Experience in following up on enforcement proceedings and execution of judgments
- Familiarity with the Adliran (Iran Judiciary) electronic judicial system and electronic filing procedures
- Ability to conduct legal research and analyze judicial precedents, laws, and regulations
- Ability to manage office-based legal responsibilities alongside litigation matters
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
