This position is primarily remote; however, occasional attendance at our Tehran office for meetings, training sessions, or team collaboration is expected.
Responsibilities
Manage calendars, meetings, and appointments.
Prepare documents, complete online forms, and handle administrative tasks.
Communicate professionally with clients via email, phone, and video calls.
Support sales activities for our EPOS software and hardware solutions in the UK.
Schedule product demonstrations and follow up with potential customers.
Maintain CRM records and customer information.
Assist with basic marketing and business development activities.
Conduct online research and prepare reports when required.
Support management with day-to-day operational tasks.
Take ownership of new responsibilities as the company grows.
Requirements
Based in Tehran and available to attend occasional in-person meetings.
Exceptional spoken and written English (IELTS Band 8 or equivalent is highly desirable).
Comfortable understanding and communicating with British English speakers.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
Fast learner with a proactive attitude.
Comfortable using computers and learning new software.
Able to work independently and manage priorities.
Passionate about learning new skills and growing professionally.
Basic knowledge of software programming or eager to learn.
Experience
This is an entry-level opportunity.
Previous experience is not required. We care far more about your English communication skills, attitude, professionalism, and willingness to learn than your work experience.
