شرح موقعیت شغلی

This position is primarily remote; however, occasional attendance at our Tehran office for meetings, training sessions, or team collaboration is expected.

Responsibilities

  •  Manage calendars, meetings, and appointments.
  •  Prepare documents, complete online forms, and handle administrative tasks.
  •  Communicate professionally with clients via email, phone, and video calls.
  •  Support sales activities for our EPOS software and hardware solutions in the UK.
  •  Schedule product demonstrations and follow up with potential customers.
  •  Maintain CRM records and customer information.
  •  Assist with basic marketing and business development activities.
  •  Conduct online research and prepare reports when required.
  •  Support management with day-to-day operational tasks.
  •  Take ownership of new responsibilities as the company grows.
Requirements

  • Based in Tehran and available to attend occasional in-person meetings. 
  • Exceptional spoken and written English (IELTS Band 8 or equivalent is highly desirable). 
  • Comfortable understanding and communicating with British English speakers. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail. 
  • Fast learner with a proactive attitude. 
  • Comfortable using computers and learning new software. 
  • Able to work independently and manage priorities. 
  • Passionate about learning new skills and growing professionally. 
  • Basic knowledge of software programming or eager to learn.
Experience

This is an entry-level opportunity.

Previous experience is not required. We care far more about your English communication skills, attitude, professionalism, and willingness to learn than your work experience.
