The Campaigns Manager is responsible for designing, planning, executing, and optimizing marketing and commercial campaigns to drive business growth, increase sales, support seller acquisition and activation initiatives, and achieve organizational objectives. This role owns the end-to-end campaign lifecycle, from strategy development and campaign design through execution, performance monitoring, and post-campaign analysis. The position works cross-functionally with Marketing, Commercial, Product, Operations, Finance, and Analytics teams to ensure the successful delivery of high-impact campaigns.
Responsibilities:
Develop and manage the annual, quarterly, and seasonal campaign roadmap aligned with business objectives.
Design, plan, and lead marketing and commercial campaigns aimed at driving sales growth, seller acquisition and seller activation.
Define campaign objectives, target audiences, success metrics, value propositions, and execution strategies.
Lead the execution of campaigns across online and offline channels and media platforms.
Coordinate and align cross-functional stakeholders to ensure timely and effective campaign delivery.
Design and implement incentive programs, promotional mechanics, discount schemes, rewards, coupons, cashback offers, and seller engagement initiatives.
Develop, launch, and optimize customer loyalty programs, including membership structures, reward frameworks, point systems, tiering models, and engagement mechanisms.
Manage campaign budgets, allocate resources effectively, and ensure efficient utilization of marketing investments.
Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and identify optimization opportunities to maximize business impact and return on investment.
Establish campaign performance dashboards, reporting frameworks, and executive-level performance reviews.
Identify growth opportunities and develop innovative campaign concepts to drive customer engagement, seller participation, and revenue growth.
Collaborate with Product, Commercial, Data, and Analytics teams to leverage customer and seller insights in campaign planning and optimization.
Lead and develop the Campaign Management team, setting goals, priorities, and performance expectations.
Manage campaign-related projects from concept development through execution and post-campaign evaluation.
Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with agreed business objectives.
Prepare and present performance reports, business insights, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in Campaign Management, Marketing, Growth, Commercial Planning, or related functions.
Proven experience in developing and managing large-scale multi-channel campaigns.
Experience leading cross-functional projects and managing teams.
Strong understanding of campaign planning, promotional strategy, budget management, and performance measurement.
Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making capabilities.
Excellent project management, stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
Familiarity with marketing analytics, reporting tools, and business intelligence platforms is a plus.
