Job description

We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to join our DevOps team and help build scalable, reliable,and secure platforms for our products. In this role, you will design, automate, deploy, and maintain cloud-native infrastructure and services, enabling faster software delivery and an exceptional developerexperience. You will work with technologies such as Kubernetes, CI/CD, monitoring, and observabilityplatforms, while collaborating closely with engineering teams to improve system availability, scalability,and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain scalable, reliable, and secure infrastructure and platform services.
Develop and optimize CI/CD pipelines to improve software delivery speed, quality, and reliability.
Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, and operational workflows.
Manage and support Kubernetes clusters, cloud-native services, and production environments.
Monitor system health, performance, and availability, and proactively identify areas forimprovement.
Troubleshoot complex infrastructure and application issues and drive incidents to resolution.
Implement security best practices and integrate DevSecOps principles across the platform.
Collaborate closely with development teams to improve developer experience and operationalexcellence.
Create and maintain technical documentation, standards, and operational procedures.
Participate in on-call rotations and contribute to incident, change, and capacity managementprocesses.

Requirements

Required

5+ years of professional experience in DevOps, SRE, Platform Engineering, or a similar role.
Strong experience with Linux system administration and troubleshooting.
Solid understanding of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, and loadbalancing.
Proficiency in scripting and automation using Bash, Python, or similar languages.
Hands-on experience with containerization technologies such as Docker.
Strong experience managing and operating Kubernetes clusters in production environments.
Experience designing, implementing, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI, Jenkins, orsimilar tools.
Experience with observability platforms, including monitoring, logging, and distributed tracingtechnologies such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/OpenSearch, Tempo, Jaeger, or similar solutions.
Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code and configuration management tools such as Terraform andAnsible.
Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
Ability to take ownership of systems and drive initiatives independently.

Nice to Have

Knowledge of security best practices and DevSecOps principles.
Experience mentoring engineers and contributing to technical leadership initiatives.
