Bimeh Bazar started its journey in 2016 with the aim of creating a great experience in online insurance consultation, comparison, and purchase. As a Product Manager, your primary focus will be on product engineering, conversion rate optimization, and seamless execution. You will be the bridge between ideas and reality, ensuring that our technical implementation aligns perfectly with user needs and business goals. This role requires strategic thinking, exceptional execution, and the ability to make critical decisions with limited data while driving measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities:

Technical Execution & Delivery: Work side-by-side with the engineering team to drive the implementation of features. You will be responsible for managing the sprint cycle, removing blockers, and ensuring high-quality releases.
Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Deep dive into the product funnel to identify friction points. You will design and implement solutions to increase conversion rates and decrease drop-offs. Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders. You will manage expectations, negotiate priorities, and ensure everyone is aligned on the "how" and "when" of delivery.
Problem Solving: Tackle operational and technical challenges head-on. You are expected to find creative, efficient solutions to bottlenecks that arise during the development process. Product Engineering Mindset: You are hands-on and technically capable. Instead of just coordinating with the tech team, you use your technical skills and relevant tools to directly implement or prototype the solutions you envision.
End-to-End Ownership: Take full responsibility for your product area—from defining detailed technical requirements and PRDs to post-launch monitoring and iterative improvements. Data-Driven Iteration: Use data to track feature performance and user behavior, turning raw metrics into actionable tasks for the development team.

Requirements:

3+ years of experience in Product Management, Software Engineering, Product Design, or Data Analysis.
We value diverse backgrounds that contribute to a strong execution-oriented mindset. Strong technical literacy: Ability to "speak the language" of developers.
A background in computer science or hands-on experience with technical product constraints is highly valued.
Proven Execution Skills: A track record of taking complex features from concept to launch in an Agile environment.
Exceptional Problem-Solving: Ability to think on your feet and resolve conflicts or technical hurdles independently.
Analytical Rigor: Proficiency in using data tools (SQL, Google Analytics, or similar) to monitor product health and conversion.
Ownership Mentality: You take radical responsibility for the end-to-end result. This means "getting your hands dirty" with the actual work—whether it’s code, data, or design—to ensure the success of the product.
Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills to navigate stakeholder needs and maintain a high-velocity rapport with the engineering and design teams.
