Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Frontend Lead to join our dynamic team. As a Frontend Lead, you will be at the core of our product's success, responsible for the architecture, development, and mentorship that drives our user-facing applications. You will be responsible for building scalable, high-performance solutions, ensuring the stability and quality of Koocafe's platforms. You will collaborate closely with backend developers, product managers, and UX/UI designers to bring innovative features to life and power our user-facing applications.

Responsibilities:

Lead Frontend Development: Architect, build, and maintain robust, scalable, and high-performance frontend applications using Vue.js, Nuxt.js, and Vite.
Mentor & Guide: Lead and mentor a team of frontend developers, conducting thorough code reviews and fostering a culture of technical excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Architectural Ownership: Design and implement robust, efficient, and secure frontend logic, adhering to Clean Architecture and SOLID principles.
Ensure Code Quality: Champion Test-Driven Development (TDD) and maintain high code quality with modular, reusable components. Implement and maintain comprehensive unit and end-to-end tests using frameworks like Jest and Cypress.
Build & Maintain Design Systems: Collaborate closely with UX/UI teams to develop, maintain, and implement a scalable design system, ensuring pixel-perfect, accessible, and responsive UIs with tools like Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap, and Storybook.
Optimize Performance: Ensure applications are optimized for performance, paying close attention to Server-Side Rendering (SSR) and Static Site Generation (SSG) where appropriate.
Streamline DevOps: Oversee and enhance the CI/CD pipeline for frontend services using Git, GitHub/GitLab CI, and Docker to ensure smooth and reliable deployment processes.
Stay Current: Stay up-to-date with the frontend ecosystem, emerging technologies, and best practices in web development to drive innovation within the team.

Requirements:

Proven experience with at least 6+ years in frontend development, with a minimum of 1+ year in a technical leadership or mentorship role.
High level of English, both written and verbal.Mastery of JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and pre-processors like SASS.
Deep proficiency in the Vue.js ecosystem, including Nuxt.js and modern build tools like Vite.
Strong knowledge of software architecture concepts like Clean Architecture, SOLID principles, and programming paradigms (OOP, POP, FP).
Significant experience designing and building scalable, high-performance web applications, including knowledge of SSR/SSG.
Extensive experience with testing methodologies and tools in a frontend environment (e.g., TDD, unit/integration testing with Jest, Cypress).
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and containerization (Git, GitHub/GitLab CI, Docker).
Experience collaborating with UX/UI teams using design tools like Figma or Storybook.
Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
Excellent communication, mentorship, and collaboration skills.

Nice-to-Haves:

Experience with other frontend frameworks (e.g., React, Svelte).Understanding of micro-frontend architecture and best practices.
Experience with advanced state management patterns.
Knowledge of web performance optimization techniques and accessibility (WCAG) standards.
Familiarity with container orchestration (Kubernetes).Contributions to open-source projects.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
