شرح موقعیت شغلی

TABDEAL is hiring an experienced Marketing Manager to lead our marketing Teams and blend ultimate customer needs into our products, alongside expert and hardworking teams. Marketing Managers would do their best to absorb the essence of the market, end user’s mind, competition and trends and work his/their way to persuade the team to develop whatever seems necessary.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategy Design & Execution: Develop and implement digital marketing strategies across multiple channels, including SEO, Google Ads, Social Media, Email Marketing, and more.
  • Campaign Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of online marketing campaigns (PPC, Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.).
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (Social Media, Content, Design, and Sales) to ensure alignment and integration of marketing efforts.
  • Develop, evaluate, and continually review marketing programs for assigned products to ensure the programs meet the established objectives.
  • Create effective marketing strategies and plans in support of promoting our products to new and existing users
  • Develop and implement promotional activities such as social media advertising, search engine campaigns, SMS, and email marketing campaigns for assigned products.
  • Plans direct the development of the communications program for assigned products and manage the implementation of the material.
  • Analyze market trends to position products.
  • Develop unified messaging and try to deliver USPs to customers.
  • Work with internal teams (Marketing, Product, Customer Service) to gather feedback to inform and improve marketing programs.
  • Evaluate projects using relevant success factors.
Job Requirements

  • Proven working experience in digital marketing, particularly within the industry.
  • Demonstrable experience leading and planning marketing databases, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
  • Extensive knowledge of marketing strategies, channels, performance marketing, and inbound marketing.
  • Superb leadership, communication, and collaboration abilities.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
