 About the Role:

As a Videographer Team Lead, you lead a team to produce high-quality, engaging video content from concept to final delivery. With expertise in videography and post-production, you ensure all projects meet brand standards while managing timelines and fostering creativity within the team. This role requires both technical skill and strong leadership to drive impactful visual storytelling.


 Responsibilities:

  • Execute captivating motion-graphic videos.
  • Edit videos, ensuring high-quality content.
  • Make both indoor and outdoor real-life videos, actively participating in pre-production and production processes.
  • Collaborate in the creative process, contributing innovative ideas and insights for motion graphic video production.
  • Utilize expertise in Adobe After Effects, Premiere, Photoshop, and Illustrator to bring concepts to life.
  • Videography. Filming, utilizing semi-pro cameras and other relevant tools and equipment.
  • Apply sound editing expertise to enhance the audio-visual experience of our content.
  • Employ lighting techniques to create visually appealing and impactful videos.
  • Leverage AI for visual generation and explore 3D software capabilities (experience in 3D software is a plus).
  • Pay meticulous attention to details, ensuring the highest standard of visual output.
  • Deliver top-notch work within set deadlines, maintaining quality under pressure.
  • Collaborate closely with the creative director and contribute actively to the team's success.
Requirements:

  • Proven experience in executing motion graphic videos, video editing, and real-life video production.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: DaVinci Resolve, After Effects, Premiere, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
  • Strong skills in filming using equipment such as, Alpha 7, FX3, FX9, etc.
  • Sound editing and lighting techniques expertise.
  • Familiar with AI visual generation.
  • Experience with 3D software is an advantage.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines without compromising quality.
  • Adaptability to incorporate feedback and implement changes efficiently.
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment under the supervision of a creative director.
  • Play along with the team, in a collaborative environment to achieve shared objectives.
