We are looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Specialist with experience in optimizing user acquisition and retention campaigns. The responsibilities of this position include analyzing campaign data, optimizing conversion funnels, and developing digital strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement. Proficiency in working with analytical and advertising tools such as Google Analytics, Google AdWords, and utilizing SEM and PPC techniques is essential for this role. The candidate must be able to collaborate with internal teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
Responsibilities:
Analyze market trends, customer behavior and campaigns’ results to identify growth opportunities
Drive user acquisition plans, optimize conversion funnels and leverage data to enhance product/brand visibility
Plan and implement end-to-end funnel campaigns incl. email marketing, mobile marketing, SEM/SMM to drive new user, usage growth and retention
Accountable for all content marketing initiatives to drive traffic, engagement, and improved brand positioning
Ensuring competitive positioning, messaging and coordinated deployment to achieve maximum exposure, lead generation, and conversion rate
Analyze user funnels, conduct A/B testing, and optimize conversion paths to enhance the user experience and drive product adoption
Develop relevant models to understand which media channels create the most success for growing revenue based on CAC and LTV of product
Utilize analytics tools to track and interpret KPIs, providing insights to enhance marketing effectiveness and ROI
Work cross functional with product, sales, communication, customer support teams to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives
Understanding the target market segment and its needs to create relevant content that resonates with the audience
Ability to stay aware and ahead of emerging technologies, industry and regulatory changes with a proven track record of prioritizing and implementing within the organization
Provide reporting to the management team against agreed performance measures, and provide insights on future strategies
Requirements:
3-5 years of experience in digital/growth marketing
Must have proven experience working with Google Analytics, tag manager, Google AdWords.
Master in SEM, PPC advertising and retargeting.
Deep understanding of SEO and technology-based marketing stacks including landing page development, marketing automation software, email nurturing flows.
Experience of working in B2B SaaS companies is a plus.
