About Us:
WCOE is a start-up studio working with early-stage start-ups. We're in search of a Digital Marketing Specialist to enhance our start-ups’ online presence and engagement. In this role, you'll orchestrate the social media strategies for multiple start-ups. Your mission is to manage and elevate each brand's digital presence through strategic planning, and community engagement according to market trends and each start-up’s unique needs.

Fluency in English is a must. Furthermore, a background in and understanding of the North American market will be a definite asset.

What You'll Do:

-Develop Customized Marketing Strategies:
Craft personalized marketing strategies for each startup, considering diverse target audiences, goals, and market conditions.

-Brand Identity and Positioning:
Establish strong and unique brand identities for startups, creating logos, taglines, and resonant brand voices. Collaborate with content creators for effective content delivery.

-Social Media Marketing:
Create and manage social media profiles on active platforms for each startup. Execute regular posting, and engagement strategies, and potentially forge influencer partnerships.

-Analytics and Reporting:
Monitor, analyze, and report on marketing campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics. Use insights to adjust strategies for optimal results.

-Networking and Partnerships:
Explore opportunities for startups to network with businesses, potential partners, and influencers in their industry. Enhance visibility and credibility through strategic connections.

Requirements:

-Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven ability to develop and implement tailored marketing strategies for a variety of topics. Focus should be on strategic planning, market analysis, and audience engagement, rather than solely on content creation.

-Strong foundation in market research and consumer behaviour analysis, with proficiency in utilizing a range of digital marketing tools and platforms.

-Excellent communication skills and a track record of effective collaboration within team environments, particularly in startup or agile settings.

-Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability in managing multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.
